Cleaning up your inbox can be done in a number of different ways. Recommended steps to using this app are as follows.
Press the login button
Select an account
After logging in the meta-data from your inbox will be downloaded
This process takes 1-2 minutes on large inboxes (10k+ emails)
Statistics about the current state of your inbox are on your home page.
Lists that must be unsubscribed to with a link will display a notice that a new tab/window will open
Click the unsubscribe button to automatically unsubscribe
Lists that can be automatically unsubscribed from without opening a link will not display the notice
Click the unsubscribe button to automatically unsubscribe
View senders by number of messages
Search for a specific address
Sort the list alphabetically by address name
View senders by the size of their emails
Filter out only senders with a specific size of emails
Select a category, or keep "No Category"
The checkbox determines if a filter will be created to permanently filter a sender to the category/label name
Press the label button to have all emails from the sender moved out of the inbox and into the label category/name
Press the trash icon to move a sender to the trash folder
Press the trash button in the popup to move all emails from this sender into your Gmail trash folder
Notice: emails are not deleted until you manually empty your trash folder, or they have been in the trash folder for more then 30 days.
"Trash All" and "Label All" are bulk operations
They will trash or label all senders listed on the current page
Pages can list 5 to 100 senders at a time
